POTTERY & CERAMICS TASTER

Tamara Carse

For beginners or those wanting to improve their skills – hand-building using glazes & slips. This new short course gives you the opportunity to try out a new craft. It will be extended if there is sufficient interest.

PRANAYAMA YOGA

Matt Lowe

Pranayama Yoga is for the body, mind and spirit. It’s about relaxation, flexibility and improving circulation. Non-religious, non-competitive and non-political, it is an ancient form of yoga that can help to eliminate mind and body tension and increase well being. Suitable for people of all ages.

VOLCANO – Community Choir

Hilary Davies (Choir meets at the Baptist Church, Sansome Walk)

A choir with a difference! All songs are in wonderful unaccompanied harmony (a capella); ranging through traditional, contemporary, gospel and modern popular styles. Singers of all abilities welcome. No audition!

Starts 7 January 7.45 – 9.45pm 13 sessions (no break for half-term)

Full Membership for the term: £52 (can be paid in two half-termly payments of £26). ‘Pay As You Go’ Membership for the term: £26 (can be paid in two half-termly payments of £13 each) plus £3 (£2.50 concs) for each session attended.

Visitor rate (up to 4 sessions per term): £5 per session
