Ceramics and pottery

Want to try something new? An open course suitable for all level and anyone who would like to learn or develop different techniques working with clay. The emphasis is on hand building, helping you to design and finish 3D objects using slips and glazes. Spaces limited.

Fused glass course

A wonderful chance to learn the art of kiln formed glass, using bullseye transparent, opal and iridescent glass. You will learn to cut glass, add inclusions and create voids and bubbles. Throughout the course you will gain an understanding of the materials, techniques and processes involved, producing numerous pieces of your own work.

Watercolour (intermediate)

This fun and practical course will help you through the technical pitfalls of painting with watercolour, whilst at the same time allowing for experimentation and creativity. A fun and practical course, focusing on the basics of watercolour painting. Watercolour, gouache and pencil will be used in this informative seven week course and is perfect for the beginner.
