We are seeking a Director of Transformation (2 year post).
Pro rata £40,000 pa – 2 days a week on a self employed basis confirmed, with possibility of increase to 3 days dependent on candidate and funding bid outcome.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated arts professional to lead the next 2 years of transformation, working with a highly committed Board, who are determined that the Workshop will flourish for the next 40 years.
