Have you always wanted to try a bit of yoga, but were too afraid that you weren’t flexible enough or wouldn’t look like the bendy Wendy’s on your instagram feed? Well fear not! Quartz Yoga have got you covered.
We’ve got 7 weeks of beginner to intermediate yoga classes starting in central Worcester. Each class will last an hour and take you through a flow type of yoga called Vinyasa. The classes are challenging, but fun, encouraging you to explore your own flexibility through a series of poses and meditation.
Yoga is becoming increasingly prescribed by GPs and health practitioners, so if you want to learn more about the physical and mental benefits of practicing Yoga here’s your chance. We encourage you to come along no matter what your experience of yoga or body shape is. Quartz Yoga aims to make the classes as fun and inclusive as possible, encouraging you to play, challenge yourself and discover more about yourself on the mat.
